B.A.R.C. Fall Volleyball 2026

B.A.R.C. 3rd – 6th Grade Fall 2026 Volleyball League

Deadline 9/21 - $20 Late Fee after 9/21 (open until spots are filled)

$190 - Has uniform (3rd/4th Grade Only)

$200 - Needs new uniform

If there is a waitlist, please join and we will attempt to create additional teams. 

Practice Days: Week of

October 19th - December 12th Monday After School - 5:30 pm - Spencer 3rd/4th Grade

October 20th - December 12th Tuesday Only After School - 5:30 pm - Maltby 5th/6th Grade

October 21st - December 12th Wednesday (At Maltby) After School - 5:30 pm - Hornung 3rd/4th Grade

October 21st - December 12th Wednesdays After School - 5:30 pm - Hawkins 3rd/4th Grade 

October 23nd - December 12th Thursday After School - 5:30 pm Hilton 3rd/4th Grade

October 23rd - December 12th Thursday Only After School - 5:30 pm Maltby 5th/6th Grade

Games (Doubleheaders): Saturdays - 11/14, 11/21, 12/5, and 12/12

*No games on 11/28 due to Thanksgiving

**No Practice the week of Thanksgiving (11/23 - 11/27)

***Practice days listed as no school will be moved to another day*** 

****If the facility is being used for a school/rented event, practice will be moved to another day****

Refund Policy:

• 100% Registration fee refund minus $10 administrative fee if request is prior to deadline date. Minus jersey fee if refund request is made after jerseys are ordered.
• 50% registration fee refund if refund request is made after practice has started but before first game is played.
• 0% registration refund if request is made after the first game is played
• Medical Refund Request - The Director of Recreation will determine the dollar amount that will be refunded after considering the circumstances

Game Cancellations:

• When B.A.R.C. games are canceled due to bad weather, unplayable field conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, every attempt will be made to reschedule if circumstances allow. Make up games are not guaranteed. No refund or credit will be given if games cannot be made up.
