Tai Chi Fundamentals Practice
(Ages 50+) This course is for those who have completed Tai Chi Fundamentals or have previous Tai Chi practice experience. Movements are moderately challenging and build on the basic knowledge and movements of the Tai Chi Fundamentals & QiGong. This is a non-impact; moderate intensity cardiovascular exercise and participants must be comfortable standing. No special equipment is needed but wear comfortable clothes and footwear. Taught by Hilary Sproule, retired physical therapist and professor.
MUST be a current Member of the Brighton Senior Center to attend class!
