YOGA for Seniors 50+

Tuesdays:

TRADITIONAL CHAIR YOGA: (Ages 50+) Join us for Yoga poses done in a chair that are appropriate for all fitness levels. Benefits include: Increased circulation to joints; increased muscle strength; body, heart & mind activation. No experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your water & smile! Taught by Yoga Center for Healthy Living

Thursdays:

CHAIR & MAT YOGA: (Ages 50+) Start in a chair and when ready use the chair as a prop while we transition to the mat for 15 minutes of mat yoga. This practice will help develop a greater sense of stability. Benefits include: Increased circulation to joints; increased muscle strength; body, heart & mind activation. No experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your water & smile! Taught by Yoga Center for Healthy Living

MUST be a current Member of the Brighton Senior Center to attend class!
