Water AerobicsBrighton AquaticsThese water aerobics class will have a combination of different elements to help strengthen and condition any participant at any skill level. There is a cardio based water aerobics class. Designed to work on your fitness, flexibility, stamina, and health. Class is on Monday at 11 am and Wednesday at 9 am . We also offer a BOGAFit class. This class is a combination of yoga, aerobics, and Pilates on a mat designed to stay on top of the water. Balance and core strength are essential in case you don’t want to fall in the water but that is also part of the fun. Limited space for this one due to the number of mats. Class is on Wednesday at 10am. Card can be used for either classSummer 2026
