Balance & Strength

(Ages 50+) During this 4-week class you will learn how to strength train safely and effectively in a fun and friendly environment. 30-45 min session utilizing body weight, free weights and exercise bands. Taught by TruWell Physical Therapy.

MUST be a current Member of the Brighton Senior Center to attend class!
